Refund for product not received

I ordered a product on 6 Sept 2022. As the size was bigger I initiated a return of the product. But for that I had to call them multiple times.
Finally on Oct 1 2022, the pickup was done.
But there was no confirmation on the site and I have not received the return yet. I have called them multiple times. Everytime I call they say wait for two more days.

Regarding refund of amount which got debited from account

I have tried placing an order online and the order didn't executed and the amount got debited from account.

I have mailed the same to Lifestyle stores india and even also shared my bank statement 3 times for the transaction reference.

They keep on mailing that the amount will refunded back in a week. And the issue is still pending from last 2 months.
I kindly request you to intervene and see that the issue...

wrong transaction - amount deducted two times from bank account

Issue: amount deducted two times for the same set of products.

First of all - this was not a refund request, ideally this should have been resolved immediately from their end still i have been asked to wait for 7-8 business days. I waited or 8 business days and when i checked with them they are telling they still don't have any update.
There is already a request number: the service request number is 493817

Complaint - Double Deduction of Money and Lack of Reponse

I had shopped from Lifestyle store Mulund west on 18th July, 2015. My invoice no. is[protected]. I made payment using my debit card and due to some error from your side my bill amount of INR 5221.00/- got deducted twice. I have been following up with their (hard to convince, non-friendly, knowledge lacking and irresponsible) employees from the same day itself regarding the issue. Names of their employee are Mr. Vaibhav and Store manager...
