We bought a product of lion agmark honey of 1 kg on 10/12/2017 at spencer's store in vizag. But we found honey bee in the bottle. We found it while opening the bottle after reaching home. We again took it back to the store and registered a complaint and exchanged the product. What if we actually used it with out checking. So we want to bring it to your notice. Don't repeat this again....

Sir,
This is regarding lion honey -One of the Worst Product, They promise its a Ag mark A Grade honey but it is not.It is not a honey it is sugar syrup they are cheating the people in the name of honey. I am regular user of reliance honey but this time i unfortunately brought Lion Honey which is not a good brand.
Please guide to me how to file a complaint in the consumer court.
