An amount of Rs.12000/- is due against FDR no.[protected]/1 in the name of my mother Mrs.Nirmal khanna, who is now 87 years old. FDR has matured on[protected] but inspite of repeated reminders and submission of all the documents LLoyd Finance has not refunded the amount due .Further all the contact nos. given by the co. are not reachable by any communication means.Please help to recover ? I had invested a two FDR'S number[protected]/1 dated 3 May,1998 of ₹ 10,000 maturity value ₹11550 and FDR No.[protected]/1 dated 9 Nov,1998 of ₹ 5803 maturity value ₹7250 in Lloyd's Finance Ltd - 48,Toder Mal Lane,Bengali Market, Mandi House,New Delhi-110001.,But the payment of these FDR'S are not paid to me so far after many requests. Kindly help me out from this problem to get my money back. Hope for your early response....

I have invested wide two F.D. for Rs.6000 each as below with LLOYD FINANCE .

Till date not got single rupee from them as per returning fund schemes directed by special...

I have invested an amt of rs.8000/-00 in LLoyed finace ltd. vide fdr no.[protected]/1 dtd 4.3.97 for 47 months. and the maturity date was 4.2.2001.

original fdr is already surrendered to co. till date not a singal paise is returned by co. nor a letter of expected date of repayment.

I would like to know the status of repayment.are they going to repay the same with int.or not.
