I had invested a two FDR'S number[protected]/1 dated 3 May,1998 of ₹ 10,000 maturity value ₹11550 and FDR No.[protected]/1 dated 9 Nov,1998 of ₹ 5803 maturity value ₹7250 in Lloyd's Finance Ltd - 48,Toder Mal Lane,Bengali Market, Mandi House,New Delhi-110001.,But the payment of these FDR'S are not paid to me so far after many requests. Lloyd Finance Ltd. — Financial Institution
FDR No. 98/010139 dated 4/3/1999 of Rs.23461 and 0697202, 435/2 dated 4/3/1998 of Rs.29326.Both the FDRs were in d name of Chalati Debi, nominee Prem Chand Agarwal
Till now no action has been taken for repayment after reapeted reminders, no response of the letters and notices by the company or its chairman/MD.
So a strict action should be taken against the said company for the payment as per d disission by the honourable court
A quick reponse is waiting eagerly.
