Dear Sir,
In year 2008, I had applied for a LAP (loan against property) from your esteemed branch Push Vihar, New Delhi 110062, but to my surprise, the branch had disqualified the loan without any explanation and encashed the cheque of Rs. 1000/-. Despite several requests to refund the same and return back the documents, which I had submitted for availing the loan, I am yet receive the same even after two years.

I mr B Ravindran had taken LAP at city shelters ( citi bank) loan account # 316901 amount Rs 914000, after paying the emi of 10000 per month for almost 14 months went for a pre closure for which the amount was 922000, which i paid it one shot, later i recived a letter stating the loan has been cleared & free from the citi banks lein, now when i approched other bank for a loan came to know that my name is reflecting...

Harrassment
I had applied for Loan against property from HSBC in Feb 2009 for 8 Lacs in Noida Branch (K14-18, Sector 18). The HSBC Guy dealing with me takes away all the relevant documents from me.
I also submitted the Application money through cheque which was cleared from ny Bank Account on 20.02.2009. But on repeated reminders to him, he has not given me the copy of Application form even.
He even never gave a prompt reply to...
