I ordered bose ear buds and beats portable speaker but i received the wrist watch, fastrack wrist watch that is also some duplicate watch. I cant find store contact no. Then i found contact no of store but it's switch off. I paid ₹1880 on delivery, i want to return the product. Please help me to get my money back.

I have placed an order for the Bose Speakers & earbuds from the Loren Store, Delhi with the order id - [protected]. The product was shipped to ITC LTD. 2Lee Road, sreepally, bhowanipur, Kolkata- 700020. I paid ₹1880 on delivery but I have received a false product with a bad quality speaker and no earbuds.

You were supposed to send red bluetooth speaker and ear pod but you delivered a # product that too of local brand with blue colour and i have paid bloody 1880 rs and i want my money back at any cost or else i vll take your company to the court and i vll file a police complaint against it.. I ordered a bose speaker and bose bluetooth earbud but the earbud wasn't in the package and the speaker wasof different company. These type of shops should b punished as there are many complaint related to this store and they are definitely doing this as they don't care about anything is going to happen to them. And when i tried to call on their number, number is not available, so i want those wireless earphone in 4 working days, else you have to give back my 1800 rupees. I've ordered bose wireless speaker and headset. I didn't received bose wireless speaker as mentioned. But instead i got some local speaker that too it's not working. I paid 1799 but the item i got is not even worth of 500/-
I just received one duplicate speaker in non working condition and not all received headset.
