Got pump serviced by paying 2500 service charge and also piad some minor parts of 600. No recipts were isued despite full payment. Waited for time lomit given and mechanical team provided. Pls call and pls arrange for cof call with Amar deisel works Ludhiana. The repiring and service done again leaked on second day of repair. Luxas people do you have controls over your deakers and if yes pls show the same my number is [protected]...

on 02/11/2010 we understand that the parcel has been lost by trackon ( no idea to trackon were the parcel despatch even in their system also the above PO no. is not apperaing)
Besides helping me they were passing my call from one person to another.
