When we book movie tickets at a reputed cinema theater like luxe we expect the experience to be enjoyable. Today 20th of October we booked 3 tickets for "Leo" 3:35 pm show which came to a total of about 660 rs. Our seats were I16, I17 and I18 in Screen 7 and the seats were tampered and torn and we were equally shocked and dissatisfied with the experience.
