Depsite being warned, i went ahead with Lyca sim cards, thinking its a wonderful pre paid option for my weeks stay in France. Little did i know that i was in for shelling out some big bucks. The network sucked big time, so much so that i could barely get any signals, and i was constantly out of credit even if i made a call that didnt last me more than 2 mins!! I was going to Netherlands and accidently went the first option that crossed my eyes for International Sim cards – Lyca Sim Cards!! Must say the worst service ever, poor customer acknowledgement and lost cause when it comes to customer care centres. !! With an unsuccessful recharge, when i called the customer care, they took forever to trace my file first and then had no clue to guide me through the process of recharging!! Money and patience...

I had heard a lot about Lyca sim cards in the UK, so i took one before i was actually flying to London. The sim was working fine for the first day and then it turned into a nightmare. My calls were dropping at every place, no texts received or even delivered. And out of frustration when i called up the customer services, i got the rudest replies ever. I was in germany for a convention and my bad luck that i was using a lyca sim card for communication. It is the worse service provider that i have ever experienced. Getting through their customer service numbers is as lucky as having someone actually help you with a solution. Lyca sim cards are a piece of junk and slow as a vintage car. I was using Lyca sim card for UK and my experience says never to recommend its services to anyone even to their company employees. It not only sucks on the network coverage bit, but also recharging the number is slower than a snail. Using Lyca sim is a waste of time, effort and money...

Lyca sim cards will assure you of being connected and seamless services but trust me, its all fake promises nothing else. I was in Italy using a Lyca sim card and man the services were so [censored]ed up that i cant even begin to tell. Calls dropped, could hardly connect, and even after calling the customer care, nothing was done. Unresponsive services and poor customer experience!!...

Choose Lyca if you want to be left stranded while you;re travelling. I opted for Lyca while i was travelling to Germany and instead of helping me stay connected it made sure that i stay not-connected. Such pathetic coverage and the voice quality was beyond bad. I could barely make calls or understand the conversation. Called their so called support desk and it was of no help! The just refused to listen to me. Poor services, a complete let...

Never trust anyone who mentions lyca as a good service provider. They have the worst network coverage. I was in germany and using a lyca number. My calls would randomly drop, my sim would show no coverage when others had full coverage, i would barely receive text messages. Its the worst service provider. I would not even rate it as 1/10...
