I was in germany for a convention and my bad luck that i was using a lyca sim card for communication. It is the worse service provider that i have ever experienced. Getting through their customer service numbers is as lucky as having someone actually help you with a solution. No wonder they choose not to pick the phone cz the staff is clueless about something as small as sending the gps settings. Not only did i face embarrassment but also frustration for such poor network performance. Lyca was a really bad choice Was this information helpful? |
