I had heard a lot about Lyca sim cards in the UK, so i took one before i was actually flying to London. The sim was working fine for the first day and then it turned into a nightmare. My calls were dropping at every place, no texts received or even delivered. And out of frustration when i called up the customer services, i got the rudest replies ever. Its a Saturday we will be able to help u on Monday and all that .. These ppl have no sense of CRM, let alone the business !! Horrible Was this information helpful? |
