The team at Smart World is the worst to listen & answer. They had initially communicated & assured to us that the EMIs would start only after 2 years as the unit possession will take time & till that period the same would be to your account. I have booked a flat on 30 October 2021 in sector 61 Smartworld project, at the time of booking sales team told me that you can cancel this booking anytime before the BBA agreement and we will refund your full money,
I had applied to cancel this booking on 31 October 2021.
From 31st October to till today I am regularly asking for my refund but till date I haven't got any reply since 6months now.
Still they are not clearing...
