Hi, I have get into EOI for DXP113 project in November'22 and later realized not to go further. I informed their sales team about my decision well before RERA received and since then chasing their Sales and CRM people but they are not listening. There are n number of departments and multi level hierarchy in their organization so they are not able to define person name they called "Management" on whom this matter is pending. After passing through 11 different people, I reached to their Sales head and tussle with him for last 20 days. He mentioned that refund is not his priority and buying more time. Experience so far is pathetic and require support to get my money back.
