I haven’t done any BBA and have paid 8.5 lakhs till now for allotment after which only I came to know that I am being cheated since the promised amount while booking the property was 79.90 lakhs approx for 3.5 bhk but after paying the above amount only I was provided with the welcome letter in which they mentioned the total price to be 1 crore and 3 lakhs approx. I also demanded refund several times and have also complained in the consumer forum but till now no response from their side for refund. Let’s unite together about this fraud at the earliest so that we can get our money back.

I have finally raised this request to refund my complete amount with smart world developers now.
This is to notify that I have booked a flat with Smart world developers- Gems last year in Sector 89 Gurgaon Unit No N53 A, with a unit price of 79.9 lakh rupees under prelaunch. This amount was with a reference prelaunch price with all discounts and the total cost was estimated to be around 80 + PLC +GST costs which is almost the same as mentioned in the brochures attached. I had previously paid 8.5 lakh rupees in total based on the subvention scheme 10:90. After depositing this amount (10%), I was able to book a unit named N53 A in Smart world Gems Sector 89 Gurgaon with a total price of 79.9 lakh rupees which was the initial requirement of all the communications and conversation with Smart World Gems Sector 89.
Furthermore after discussing this on 03/27/2022 with Smart world people in the sales gallery, they said the price of the flat is more than 1 Crore now which is totally unethical as the discounts and other offers allotted are totally being deferred. This seems to be the total costing of the flat to me will be increased by more than 15 lakh rupees which was not the original deal.
Hence, considering the new statements given by Smart world sales gallery people, I have lost the trust and belief in the promises made by smart world and hence I would like to proceed for a complete refund and not proceed further with this booking. Hence Please refund my amount (8.5) lakhs.

Please don't settle on just the amount u paid but the interest u lost, there has been a tremendous increase in the prices as the units are ready to be viewed. Moreover, these people have started to buy back the same units from the clients by paying them extra of 5 to 7 lacs every unit.

hi Myslef Nitish, i booked a unit in smart world gems sector 89 in Sep 2021 and got my allotment done latter, but I have only enquired about the cancellation process and wanted to known if in case i won't be able to purchase it later what will be the Cancellation process and if there will be any deductions in that case, for which i dropper an email to Mr. Anshuman with copy to ([protected]@smartworlddeveloprs.com) but they never reverted me back and later on when i started following up with them for the BBA process they informed that my unit is been cancelled (with informing me and without consent or confirmation) and they cancelled my unit without my knowledge and didn’t inform. later on after many exchanged e-mails they they acknowledged that my unit is not cancelled and is still active (they confirmed and acknowledged me on mail) and was told that they will reach out for BBA and the unit is not cancelled, but now they informed me after multiple follow up that they sold my unit without my consent or confirmation months ago this is fraud we expected better from SMARTWORLD.
Now they are forcing me to cancel the unit and asking me for my bank details & few documents to refund my 8.5 Lac, which i never wanted and wanted my unit back (which they already sold)
