Marrow suspended my account and not replying to my email. Paid for 12 months....

Have been using this app continuosly since December 2019. Recently renewed it a month back for another 6 months. Got a message today saying my account is permanently suspended.

I have never taken a screenshot, recorded a video, shared my account, used a rooted/jailbroken/emulator device. I have cleared things up in the past with the support team as well.

My marrow account has been blocked suddenly. I was using the account in my mobile phone only for the last days. I didn't login from any other device during the last days. Suddenly tge blocked my account permanently. I didn't violate any rules, didn't try to take screenshot or shared my login credentials. marrow app was solely used by me only....

I have purchased my marrow plan c of 24 months on 12 july and now the account got blocked saying that I have shared my account with some one else which I have not. I have not violated any rule of marrow even after this they are suspending the account which obviously not fair.
Already it is very expensive. And they have suspended the account.

I am a Marrow plan C user. I have marrow open in two phones of mine because one of them was in repair previously. Today while I was studying from it, unknown to me my younger brother who was using my phone, opened a video on it. I realised it when a message popped on my phone that videos were playing on two devices and the moment I rushed to find the cause, they had suspended it. My marrow account got suspended today. I'm a qbank+test series user. Never violated any terms. Only times i took screenshot of some questions from qbank. I've bought the subscription last month for a year and still 11months are remaining. Idk what to do i already spent my savings on it.. I already emailed them and hoping they reinstate the account. I purchased marrow on 15th July Plan C.
A payment of 31, 500 was made by my colleague since I did not had sufficient money and my previous plan was expiring on 16th July. So my colleague made the payment. But he uploaded his documents for verification and the account has my name and contact number. I've emailed to legal marrowmed but they have not responded. Not even a single response. I have paid Rs. 35, 000/- for subscription in marrow and used the aaccount for 3days after that my account was blocked with unfare reason.
when i contacted them though mail there send me link to re-activate my account that link is not working, i gave complaint on mail there send other link. to conform there is any mistake from my end i have used different mobile to try. In every mobile same issue accure.
