I GAVE THE ZEN CAR (TN20 R 9627) ON 8/10/2010 WITH SPECIFIC REQUEST THAT CAR SHOULD BE RETURNED TO ME ON THE SAME DAY. THE VEHICLE WAS RUNNING SMOOTHLY (company's SALIGRAMAM WORKSHOP DRIVER CAME TO MY HOUSE AND TOOK THE VEHILCE IN GOOD CONDITION : NO COMPLAINT OF ANY STARTING OR POWER FAILURE PROBLEM).

I here by bring your kind attention regarding the irresponsibility and misbehavior that I felt in connection with my car service, from maruti's autherised service center, Kringachira,Kochi.

Insuh Auto - Lacks on Customer service skills.
This is in ref to a call that was made by the under signed to enquire a rate for a head light for Maruti Zen at Contact #[protected], which belongs to one of a MASS (Insuh Auto). To the shock none of the employee has the addicates to speak to a customer on a call. I made a call at 1820hrs today to enquire about the price and the availibility of a headlight at this MASS.
