I am traveling Howrah pune azad hind express 12130 up. Dated 11/04/2017 . The caterer is " meals on wheels" providing veg thali in the cost of Rs. 150/-. Not only that they also offered the rotten food at night. And charging different for different customer. My pnr-[protected]. As per the irctc rate chart on food quality & quantity they are completely violating the rules & regulation....

I regularly travel in karnavati exp. from surat to ahm.to and fro.In a train there is a so many vendors from meals on wheels name on them uniform, come for selling food likes chips, biscuits, coldrinks, flavord milk etc. they all are sell it from more than on mrp price.means which food's mrp is 15rs. they told for that 20rs. almost all pacaked food is sold by 5 to 10rs. higher than its original mrp value.this is not good for passengers....
