stinking drainage smell in water

respected sir/madam,
We live in adambakkam Surrendra nagar. The metro water supply here is having a very bad drainage odour.
Its been like this for about weeks. The water is in such a condition that we are unable to use it for drinking/cooking purposes.
Hope this would reach the concerned the authorities.

Metro water with foul smell

Sir,
We are residing at vadivelu street, Perambur. We are getting the metro water with foul smell (i.e mixed with sewage water) for the past one year along with worms in the morning hours. Only twenty days back we cleaned our Sump. Because of one day water our whole sump water is in unusable condition. We dont know how to remove the sump water. We are paying about Rs.1000 for cleaning every time.Please do the needful .Help us to...

bad smell and drainage water mix.
dear sir, i am from nammalwar street, sowcarpet, chennai-79.we have been receiving bad smell and drainage smell water from the past 45 days and more.so far nothing have been done .we find difficult to cook and drink in this type of water.please arrange to clear the quality of water as the earliest.thanking you....
