I went to service center to near by kalikaji . but my querry is related to Hanging problems. then service center somebody is saying your phone could not repair but you will pay 1400 rupess after that still we will repair your phone . But My phone is in warrenty period . I m asking about phone in warrenty peroid. PCBA related problems don't replaceable in warrenty period. Kindly give me answer. I m not fully support with your company...

I bought a micromax A69 mobile worth 6500 INR from a shop on 13/05/2014
