I am Prafull Srivastava. Today I visited at N Care( Instanat Solution- Gurgaon) for repairing of N 72 . When mobile has checked( I have Paid Rs 110) C.C.O( girl ) told me you will pay Rs1850 for complete repairing fo mobile. when i asked the fault, she told me moble's jack and plate has damaged tahn i left the N care. I visited at local mobile repairer, he told me only IC is damaged and I will take...

Once again i submitted my mobile to customer care .
Last time i submitted mobile on 9/06/2008 & received on 23/06/2008.
But it is not working from received date. & the manager is also known that the mobile is not working.
MY New complain no is 2/34yqez.
Only four month is gone to purchase of my mobile in that three month i submitted phone 6 times &...
