I orderd a handi set from naptool and i recieved it by time but unfortunately i recieved incomplete items in This product
Naptool Said buy 18 set handi and 18 free i recieved only 34 items in this product 6 is missing and quality is very poor so i decided to return this item as soon.
There is no option showed to return the item then im calling to customer care number. but the number is not available i called all number no number...

I received a post from Naptool in which there was a letter and a scratch card and when I scratched the card, it showed that I have won the Mahindra XUV 700 car. After few days, I got a call from +91 [protected] and he asked me to share the images of letter and scratch card n Whatsapp (+91 [protected]). Then I was asked to provide any government ID, then I provided my Driving License. After some time I was asked to pay some amount...

On 8 of February 2022 i have received a post claiming that i have recived an amount of rupees 1350000/- in a scratch card attached to it. It claims that "This is an internal initiative of the company solely meant for promotional purpose" and "The coupon value with this letter is guaranteed by HSBC Bank". However i haven't purchased any product from Naptool in the past two years. Kindly enlighten us whether the issued coupon code is genuine...

Not worth for the purchase good _ very low quality
Had purchase 112 Pcs Drill Machine & Screwdriver Set Combo from Naaptol for Rs. 2000/- which is totally not worth for it when I open the packet. So on the same day inform the Naptol customer care on this issue for which they transfer the call to Technical team saying it technical issue but actually I simply want to return the product & get back my cash.

I have taken roti maker from naaptol roti maker they give me defetive product and never give talk to their supervisors and company they should be penalised by such acts never take products from naaptol never take products their advertising is just a fraud to their cusumer no ads on tv of naaptol i rquest in this consumer complaints to take leagal action against naaptol so they dont cheat other buyers again...
