Naptool — Give prodcuts defective products it should be penalised by such acts

I have taken roti maker from naaptol roti maker they give me defetive product and never give talk to their supervisors and company they should be penalised by such acts never take products from naaptol never take products their advertising is just a fraud to their cusumer no ads on tv of naaptol i rquest in this consumer complaints to take leagal action against naaptol so they dont cheat other buyers again
