The above bus route between dy patil & sector 46/48 in nerul is very useful especially for senior citizens and ladies. Of late due to summer vacation they have reduced the bus frequency to almost one hour gap which is very inconvenient to us. Bus operator : nmmt
Bus conductor (Sopan navnath andhale) refused to return balance money of the fare (Rs. 102-rs.22) to two lady passengers denying that the ladies handed over rs. 100 note and arguing that he was given rs. 50 note. Thus the conductor managed to fleece the customer and pocket rs.50. W

I have boarded a nmmt bus from koperkhairne to kharghar bus no.55, vechicle no. mh-43-h-5207 on 30/06/2016 at 9.05 p. m. the bus was full leaking and the seats and bus was full of water, due to which passenger couldnt even sit thought there were empty seats. and the passenger had to wave there hands to stop the bus or the driver was driving without halting....
