Wifi Down more than 18hrs and No Support Yet

Very poor quality of customer service. Most of the calls made to the provider during an issue remained unanswered. Unprofessional and unreliable service if you looking for constant internet supply for WFH. It's been more than 18hrs and service is down and No support from Net9....

Net is down half of the time

Internet service is if very poor quality. It is down 50% of the time . On an average, I get 3 days of Internet in a week while I have paid for a whole year. Every time I call them, they give me different reasons, saying building switch is bad, I will replace it . Wire is faulty, I will change it. Then he tells that he will send someone and then switches off his phone (and no one comes) After making 5-10 angry calls, a technician comes...

Not providing Broadband service

Me and my friends are a customer of this Internet service provider. We have not been receiving Internet connectivity for the last four days.The service provider is not telling us the exact reason and simply rejecting our calls.
The amount has already been paid for the month.and I am attaching the image of the receipt....
