[Resolved]  Net 9 Internet Services — Net is down half of the time

Internet service is if very poor quality. It is down 50% of the time . On an average, I get 3 days of Internet in a week while I have paid for a whole year. Every time I call them, they give me different reasons, saying building switch is bad, I will replace it . Wire is faulty, I will change it. Then he tells that he will send someone and then switches off his phone (and no one comes) After making 5-10 angry calls, a technician comes and repairs the it. Then again the connection is down in the evening.
