I have opened a new ticket# 43505201, It's been more than a week since I have opened a support request for my R6120 router which is not working after a firmware update . As per your suggestion, But I haven't received any update the company nor the device yet.

I unfortunately purchased this router after reading reviews. But to my surprise, they them self confirmed that they delivered a defective piece (RMA Number: 1351338). They asked to visit DigiComp, Secunderabad to get the replacement. When I reached there, they said that stock is not available and requested me to wait for 2/3 weeks.
I request all the prospective consumers to aware of this fraud....

i purchased netgear wireless modem N150 in april 2014 after 3 days of working it stopped working and after 3 hours of chatting and configuring on line service centre they provided me RMA no.1346200 and case id 23085728 and when i called there delhi service provider in nehru place they said i have to submit the product than come back after 8days.
who will pay the cost of my business loss and time and money of transportation to go two times...

QC failed products

Dont buy Netgear wg311v3 wireless network card. It wont work on the PC's with Windows7 & 4 GB of ram. When i contact the netgear they told me to down grade my ram to 2 GB. There is no updated software in their website. Useless product...
