Netgear — Product not been replaced in warranty period & dragging the issue

I have opened a new ticket# 43505201, It's been more than a week since I have opened a support request for my R6120 router which is not working after a firmware update . As per your suggestion, But I haven't received any update the company nor the device yet.
My earlier support request tickets for the same issue were closed without my consent or resolution Always stating to open a new ticket. Its more than a month now since the router has stopped working.
I request the team to please replace the nonfunctioning router as its still under warranty period. As per the initially reply from support team. And under warranty. Please find the initial tickets #43346941 opened on 6th Sep 2020. Next one #43418845 dated 19 Sep 2020. Another one #43468715 dated 3rd Oct 2020. All for same issue. But no resolution . Case is been dragged & diverted. Fooling the customer.
