i purchased netgear wireless modem N150 in april 2014 after 3 days of working it stopped working and after 3 hours of chatting and configuring on line service centre they provided me RMA no.1346200 and case id 23085728 and when i called there delhi service provider in nehru place they said i have to submit the product than come back after 8days.
who will pay the cost of my business loss and time and money of transportation to go two times at nehru place which is 15KM from my place.
NEVER TAKE PRODUCTS OF NETGEAR.
