Yesterday I brought one Split AC from Next showroom at Magnum Mall, Ghaziabad. There was an offer on Hitachi Split AC at Next showroom which says that original price is 32500 and special Next price is 31500.

As per the purchase agreement NEXT (India's Largest Electronics retail chain) a dealership at Guwahati is to provide a AIRTEL Dis-TV along with a 26 inh LCD TV which were purchased forom the dealership on 26/02/2010.
However, the AIRTEL Dis-TV has not been provided till date for which Rs. 500/- has been paid extra along with the LCD price. Upon enquiry they kep on saying that it is in process.

I have booked the Refridgerator and home theater. They are assured to deliver the fridge on next 2 days. After 2 days they are not deliver anything, and they are not picking up the fone. This is a complaint for electronics goods chain NEXT. We bought a freeze from NEXT (Barrackpore Brach, kolkata-122) and we could not use it for a single day. From NEXT it was instructed that we should keep the freeze on for 14 hours for first use and it did not work and when one technician from NEXT came and examined the freeze he said it was leaking the gas.
