I purchased/have been alloted 100 shares vide F.no. NU 23136, certificate no. 29565 and distinctive nos. 21049401 to 21049500 on 17th December 1992. But till date neither received any information nor dividend on the shares. Also not showing on BSE. Please help me in getting back the amount or get the status about these shares....

Dear sir, i kuppili Srinivasa rao purchased 100 shares of Nova Udyog Limited in 1992 vide Regd Folio no 117869 and certificate No 124298 . Till date I have not received any dividend or refund of my shares. Please pursue the matter and settle the issue..

I had purchased 100 Equity Shares of Nova Udyog Limited at the end of Dec'1992.
So far neither received any Dividend nor received any communication from the co for any matter viz Notice for AGM, copy of Financial statement.
can any body suggest course of action be taken against Company ?
