Nsh Kolkata Airport Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir/madam,
I sent a courier through speed post from kolkata gpo with tracking id: ew[protected]in on 13th december 2018. While tracking the parcel it is showing that the item has been received in nsh airport on 14th december 2018. After that, till now no update is there.

As it is very urgent courier for me. Therefore, can you please let me know the status of the courier and why it is stuck in nsh airport?

-Speedpost has been made on 14th july 2015 from Marathahalli Bangalore- 560037, Karnataka to Panchgachia Saharsa Bihar 852124. My speed post no is EK[protected]IN. After reaching at NSH KOLKATA AIRPORT on 19/07/2015 it dispatched to Barwani, i don't know this destination where are this located i know BARAUNI which is near by station.
