i bought a 900 va microtek inverter alongwith 180mah durared battery from nyfe company located in kilpauk chennai in jun 2013.
at the time i was told that the battery was not only superior but also had greater backup, better resale value and a warranty of 4 yrs as against a warranty of 3 yrs offered by other companies.
within 8 months the battery had completely broken down and was giving a backup of only 10-20 mins, however...

I had purchased a 12v 875 va microtek sine wave home ups with 180 AH battery packup vide invoice number 6644 dated 04.06.2011.

The battery did not work. Accordingly the complaint was lodged and your personnel had taken the battery and serviced it . It was returned on 28th April 2012.

Subsequently again the battery was taken back by your personnel within 3 days based on the same complaint .

Yes We also faced same problem. We got new ups through NYFE battery company 3 months back. Bharath from NYFE have promised for 4 hours backup with 40 Systems, 3 Printers, 2 Switch and 1 Router. When we started using we charged fully. After 15days during power shutdown we found that the battery is staying only for 30 mins and not more than that.
