Dear sir, I have purchased NYFE BATTERY COMPANY TUBULAR BATTERY IT 150AH ON 07TH JULY 2008.Its INV.NO 3730 when i am purchase battery they will written 24 month warranty in bill only they not given any warranty card and should not mention the battery number also.my battery backup reduced to only 1/2hr.i given a complaint to service centre several time still them they never sortout my problem nyfy batter service person they told both the batterys disolve you have to change both the new battery. after that argue with the company how we get both the battery complaint they telling the reason for power problem. there is no responce from them.i have tired to call them to solve my problem but they never try to solve my problem, sometimes they disconect my cal, or misbehave.so i have posted my problem here because i think only u people can solve my problem.i want to give the full details of my battery details:- NAME OF PURCHAGER: NEXT VISION. Yes We also faced same problem. We got new ups through NYFE battery company 3 months back. Bharath from NYFE have promised for 4 hours backup with 40 Systems, 3 Printers, 2 Switch and 1 Router. When we started using we charged fully. After 15days during power shutdown we found that the battery is staying only for 30 mins and not more than that. But when we called them they took the ups without giving any standby and they returned only after 2 months. After installing that it started resetting automatically. for last 2 weeks this problem is pending and every 30 mins it restarts automatically. Finally we have hired standby ups from other vendor and decided to get rid of the ups supplied by NYFE. http://www.nyfebattery.com

I'm also one of the victims who faced the same kind of problem. I purchased a 10KVA UPS from Bharath NYFE battery. I asked them for Amaron Batteries but they recommended a stupid battery named FUJIYA. They promised for replacement warranty. Now they are refusing to change the battery. Moreover they are providing duplicate warranty card and cheating people. Now I initiating legal action against this fraud company. Please post your problems in forums displaying their adds so that we can save lame people from this.
Even they cheated me with Fujiya. After a 3 month long fight they replaced the battery with a lesser AH, and that replaced one too gone bad in just 6 months. Nyfe company is a cheating company and the owner {Mr.Bharath] is not a good guy. He behaves in a different manner after he sells the product to us. Stay away from them and instruct all your friends and relatives to stay away from them. I am doing the job now and afterall thatz what we can do. Atleast for our satisfaction. The saddest part is after I purchased, I recommended Nyfe for 6 of my friends who took batteries [fujiya] from Nyfe and now suffering. Nyfe have a bunch of stupids as service engineers and field technicians. Every day and hour everyone will be busy but they dont know what they are doing. Pathetic sales people and technicians. As Boss as Employees.

we are also facing the same problem now. we bought the FUJIYA battery from a person called Bharath of Nyfe battery. from the time it was bought, we were having problems, it was not working even for 1 hour. now as we are facing severe power problems, this stupid battery is of no use. when called for replacement, that guy Bharath talks in such a bad manner, challenging that nothing can be done from our side legally also. now he wants us to buy new battery inspite of having warranty period.

Another info. This Nyfe Battery [Mr.Bharath] used to put stalls in all home appliances exhibitions which were being conducted in CHennai Trade Center. One idea is why don't we form a group and all affected people can write some banners againt this ppl and we can hold in the entrance. I am ready for this. Any suggestions. Let us teach them a lesson.
Anyone having any contact info of 'Fujiya' company?. If so pls write here. We can directly write to them.

I go with this Complaint, I thought to vent my anger here after facing a very bad experience in buying an Inverter and battery 180AH. (Fujiya lite battery) after seeing all this I strongly agree to all the complaints against this company
Customer service very poor
No proper response
False promises
Misbehaving after purchase or any complaints raise from the customer end
No Battery life - ( facing more problem in battery within 8months time period)
Battery warranty only for 1 year (pls read the warranty carefully)
NOTE : Even I faced a problem in their address when I sent a speed post. Coz they say Kilpauk Ch -23 in their Comp addrss, but its not a valid one, Kilpauk is Ch -10. So pls be careful before buying any products there.
Totally fraud company giving false promises. Specially Mr. Saravanan was not fit to be in customer care. Having very bad communication skill to explain what he has to explain.
Kind advise pls think vise before buying any product from Nyfe battery.

I too agree. bharath is a fraud he cheats people for money he paid 3 lakhs for just dial to become a member and this just dial will give his number whenever we ask for a invertor. But the just dial is not bothered about the customer service. one thing is sure all the certified members of just dial are fraud never believe just dial. already I heard a press is going to write an article to about the current cut in chennai and how the person like bharth are cheating people by selling old batteries and invertors. I am even going to tell press about the just dial corportion with bharth (nyfe company).

I serviced my UPS battery in Nyfe Battery concern, its really good and working well.
I bought a new Home inverter from nyfe battery, really its very good and working well.
II purchased a 10KVA UPS from NYFE battery, its working very good and taking long time.
Past two months I serviced my Pc ups battery in Nyfe Battery, its very good and working more time..
I got repair my ups battery and i went to nyfe battery company its really working very good and speed...
H oe you are telling Nyfe service is bad? i never accept this, customer service is very good, battery life is very excellent, I strongly disagree to all the complaints against this company.
One day my Inverter got repaired, wont help any other company, then i heared about Nyfe Battery and i went to give my inverter for service, really i am very atisfied with Nyfe Battery, its working very well and good.
I disagree that you are telling fraud company, I thought to went my Happy, here after facing a very Good experience in buying an Inverter and battery 180AH.
