Hi guys. This is a small information about ON LOAD GEARS Chennai, This is the most stupid company with top most idiotic personnel's not responding and they dont know how to treat&retain the professionals.they won't treat employee as employee.its a bad company and its worker S.sridharan(Code 75) bad agent of this company....

I was working in the On load Gears(OLG) a few months, they dont know how to retain the professionals, they will treat the staff very cheap. I would advise not to joinOLG. OLG has a very poor work culture. They simply use employees and throw them out . They don't like to be questioned or open for suggestions. There's absolutely no sanity that prevails there.
i am not satisfy with OLG...

In that company in HR department there is one blady stupid HR named Sureshkumar,a complete non sense fellow.

I dont know how he completed his MBA,but now he is a recruiter in that company.company OK,can give better growth in some other company atleast.But that blady HR???????????

During interview he used to show him as a matured and neat guy.But once you selected and then entered in to the company then...

i bought new nokia 6300 at 1 november. after 2 days i found a problem in my cell. that is the battery backup time is 8 hrs only. so i contact nokia care at valasaravakkam in chennai. they told we will send your phone to head office. so it will take 10 days to come.i came after 10 days. they give anoyher date. in this manner i was going there more than 10 times. but till now i does not get proper response from them....
