[Resolved]  ON LOAD GEARS — POOR RESPONSE

i bought new nokia 6300 at 1 november. after 2 days i found a problem in my cell. that is the battery backup time is 8 hrs only. so i contact nokia care at valasaravakkam in chennai. they told we will send your phone to head office. so it will take 10 days to come.i came after 10 days. they give anoyher date. in this manner i was going there more than 10 times. but till now i does not get proper response from them.
