Dear Sir,

Pls note i have placed an order for 500 gram x 4 packet chicken on 30th oct and I made payment to them thru simply wallet. It was to be picked up at 9am on 1st Nov from megha cyber cafe in kanaka nagar. I went there and as per them OTP express is not delivered anything till last evening ie till 7pm on 2nd Nov. On 2nd I asked to initiate refund and till now they did not give the money back. Pls look into them asapbr...

OTP express does not give confirmation of delivery. Order is accepted and no info on when it will be delivered. Customer care number[protected] no one picks the phone choose any language option for that matter. Payment is made in full and it is more than 24hrs from the promised time that there is no info on delivery. Very very poor service. No responses to email sent to [protected]@otpexpress.in. No acknowledgement of mail received nor any response....
