OTP express does not give confirmation of delivery. Order is accepted and no info on when it will be delivered. Customer care number[protected] no one picks the phone choose any language option for that matter. Payment is made in full and it is more than 24hrs from the promised time that there is no info on delivery. Very very poor service. No responses to email sent to [protected]@otpexpress.in. No acknowledgement of mail received nor any response. I have to go to consumer court on this i feel Was this information helpful? |
