Dear Sir,
Pls note i have placed an order for 500 gram x 4 packet chicken on 30th oct and I made payment to them thru simply wallet. It was to be picked up at 9am on 1st Nov from megha cyber cafe in kanaka nagar. I went there and as per them OTP express is not delivered anything till last evening ie till 7pm on 2nd Nov. On 2nd I asked to initiate refund and till now they did not give the money back. Pls look into them asap
