I lost my pan card. can you reissue me a new card with the same PAN number. let me know what details are required for reissuing the PAN card....

I have been through the web site and have found that if I submit my name and date of birth I can find out my pan card number, but there also should be a way where I submit my pan card number and find out that it has been registered in my name only, for verification sake...
