I was applied for change of ownership in the month of June 2015 and it was supposed to be issued in August 2015.Till today it is not issued In spite of several follow up it is not issued till the date today. I am working in Nashik and it is difficult for me to personally approach the office and make the follow up so tried manier times to contact the concern person through Telephone but very unsatisfactory excuses he was giving initially later...
