my mobile recharge failed two time i.e 17/4/11 and 20/4/11 of amounting 121/- each from paytm mobile recharge centre.

i made my recharge through "paytm" i received the conformation code but i didnt get my recharge i dont have credit and all the shops are closed i want my money refunded as soon as possible or resend the recharge again my mobile number is 8015214383 and the order number is 40613661...

yesterday on 07 nov2011 at 19:00hrs i had made a recharge of RS 50 on my vodafone m.no - 7838119110 but recharge has not been done and the amount has been debited .
my order no is 8328349 ,when i gone to query through paytm account then they have given the statement about the payment...

Yesterday (24/07/2011) I have recharged my bsnl number 9482862522 through PayTM, following are the details of transaction. Unfortunately my account is not recharged but amount is debited and recieved message from PayTM team, but no confirmation from BSNL. Please do the needful at the earliest...
