Cheating and unprofessional services

Hi ...i had given my vehicle on a service and repair recently at sector 37 honda showroom gurgaon. Showroom had asked me to take 2 days for doing this work which I accepted..i had discussed the repair contents in detail with pearl honda sector 37 sales executive Mr. Amit, who was very unprofessional and immature towards his work approach. Mishandling of my Honda CRV while on service at Sector 37, Gurgaon

Provided incorrect information and asking me to pay for it

I recently bought a car from Pearl Honda (Gurgaon). Initially I applied for Car loan (through the dealer), then I decided to make full cash payment. I consulted the dealer representative, I was clearly told that loan can be stopped and I can pay the cash.
