I had opted for 6 month practo cpt services in the month of march 2018, which has a option of refund of amount of the product doesn’t add value to your practice. Since the product hasn’t worked for me i was entitled for an amount to be refunded. I booked a appointment for gynaecologist. Dr lovina batra through practo she forced me to come early. Booked appointed for 8.40 pm as she asked i reached there by 7pm. When i reached near clinic she started abusing me on call. And asked me to get down somewhere else. I booked nearby appointment coz of acute stomach pain. And now m standing on road trying to contact practo but call centre is closed....

I had ordered medicines online more than a week ago at practo. The order was for around rs. 2200. One of the ordered items was cancelled by practo as they did not have stock. I m a doctor, who is not associated in any way with practo. Practo guys had approached me for paid subscription for appointments from practo, which i had flatly refused. But now these practo guys are calling from different numbers and booking appointments, just to show that there are online enquiries from practo, which are obviously fake. Some stringent action must be taken against such fools for harassing people & for pathetic services....

I submitted a review for a doctor on practo. Practo refused to publish it saying it violates their policy guidelines. However, practo did not clarify what part of my review violates their guidelines. They simply refused! I'm pretty sure that i haven't used any offensive language in my review.
If practo believes that my review is offensive in any manner, then they should write back to me specifying the part of my review...
