Useless company. Their business model is to collect Rs. 2000 on the name of providing nanny services. They are fake and have no Nanny/babysitter to provide. They will never return the amount or provide any nanny....

Our experience with Prenu has been real bad. The nanny they hier are local nanny, without any background checks or whatever. On top of that, those nanny are not good, they show fake experience and false promises to take the job. After few days, you start seeing their true colors and Prenu won't help with nanny replacement easily.

I took a nanny service from Prenu in Jan- Feb 2020 for six months. For this they took Rs 8500 and refundable deposit of one month of nanny salary of Rs 15, 500.
