i have a flat booked in Prestige residency at GB road, Thane. This is an Under construction SIte and was stopped since last 2 years but somehow it has started. i have received a demand letter for the disbursement and with that they have charged VAT amount which i had to pay as they were demanding it on conitnuous basis. recently read in news paper that this vat amount will have to be borne by the builder itself and they should not pass this...

We have invested in Prescon Realtors new project called "Azelia" (Thane, Ghodbunder road, Waghbil naka) for 1 and half BHK...the project started around Sept'10 and after completion of the plinth the project is just not moving...the responsible officials at Prescon Realtors are saying its delayed due to CC Certificate and should start very soon.
I am bit worried as the builder had promised the possession around...
