[Resolved]  Prescon Realtors — vat charged

i have a flat booked in Prestige residency at GB road, Thane. This is an Under construction SIte and was stopped since last 2 years but somehow it has started. i have received a demand letter for the disbursement and with that they have charged VAT amount which i had to pay as they were demanding it on conitnuous basis. recently read in news paper that this vat amount will have to be borne by the builder itself and they should not pass this on to the buyers. Can i get the compensation what should be done..can any one highlight this issue
