KSRTC Bus(KA 10F 0364) Conductor very rude behaviour

Hi Team,

I have travelled from Kengeri to Kollegal on 06-Feb-2023 around 6:42PM (Bus No.KA 10F 0364) and sharing one of the bad experience here.

I have boarded bus at Kengeri and conductor shared the ticket from Sattelite Bangalore (140Rs instead 133Rs). I asked why from satellite and conductor told that he will share the 7Rs Change. At the destination(9:30PM), asked him the change and he stared behaving rudely...

Lost Bag In Auto

My husband lost his travel bag yesterday on 31st July 2022 by around 11.45 to 12.15 at Goregaon aarey Metro Station, Mumbai.

The journey was started from Mumbai Airport to Goregaon aarey Metro Station, Mumbai.

Bag looks brown in color and it has very important documents.

Bus driver's negligence

Yesterday at Annanagar roundtana, a bus driver driving 47 around 7.20 p.m did not stop at the bus stop . Very disappointing...

Im complaining about driver

refusing to refund ticket amount

The bus from patiala to delhi was not working and this fact was unknown to the passengers and still the conductor distributed tickets...i took ticket at 2:27pm and the conductor informed that bus was not working at 4pm...me and other passengers had to wait so long.
Then when it was so late...i asked conducter to refund my ticket money...he refused and said ticket cannot be refunded...but there is nowhere written on ticket that it...

Irregular e-Meter for Auto-Mumbai

Injustice in collecting fine

about meter reading

i was facing problem of meterreading of rikshaws in bandra east when i travel from my home to station is arround 1.0 to 1.1 with or without signal but nowdays above 30% rikshas meter shows 1.4-1.6 which cost me extra Rs.4-5. from local area to station.for long distance is much more .please give me idea in this situation where to complaint& what action will take against driver & permit holder....

Complaint of Taxi Driver

On 10th Dec I am travelling by Taxi from Dadar Station to Tata Press Road Prabhadevi. When I reached to the Tata press road I gave Rs.100/- to driver and ask him how much fare? he game me 10 rs back. Then I told him I have gave him 100 rs so he told me that total fare is 49 rs. So i told him that from dadar station to tata press road the minimum fare is 20 to 25 rs. How you charging me 49 rs. Also at that time ( 3.30pm) there was no traffic....

Least Service of Bus root GL-32 (karmarpura- Noida)

Respected Sir/Madam,

I introduce myself Shruti Saini working as Software Developer in Noida Sector 3. I catch the bus from Karampura Terminal daily and in evening i catch from Sector-19 (Noida) for Karmapura Terminal.

In the first week of this month (Nov), I am very disappointed that i am standing on stand from 6 PM -6-55 PM, but there is no bus for this route and there is no timings of DTC buses to reach on...
