baggage loss

my luggage was given to me after 3 days after regular calls and email. i had to purchase all new clothes,medicines,shoe,belt ,jacket etc. i need a compenstation for all those things. i have a return flight with them only.

Missing Points Claim pending for 2 years

I had travelled to Australia in July 2006. Had used by Frequent Flyer no. through my agent. On return I did not get any points for both international and doemstic flights. I sent a mail to the Qnats FF customer care. I did receive an acknwoeldgement and a follow-up mail from their General Manager - Richard Switzky, The Qantas Club & Frequent Flyer Service Centre, 70309123/005v1/005 dated 22/08/2006. That's it .. I do get a mails...
