Radisson Blu — Security refund

I checked in into radisson blu dwarka on 1st october 2017 (#[protected] and checked out on 2nd october. On check in, i was asked to deposit a security of rs 5000 which i did through my credit card. I was ensured a refund within 2 days agter check out.

It has been 19 days, i have been trying to contact radisson blu but all in vane. Everytime the call is transferred from the reception to the accounts department or the duty manager and then the call disconnects.

I am unable to contact the hotel, neither does anyone respond from the hotel's end at the reception (Having explained the same grievance in the reception too)
