July 2nd charges were made to my debit card. I have been trying to cancel through their process but i never get an email to confirm the cancellation... What do i do? I just don't want to be charged for september... Help!!! Its been 2 months. I have been charged this month (August). I'm would love my money back $47.00x2 months but honestly i just don't want any other charges... Please help or tell me what to do.....

Jul 4 my credit card have payment u company rm190.51 why i want payment u i dint buy anythink to u company... Well i'm complaining because your taking money for something that i did not authorized please refund my money and don't take it upon yourselves to go in people's account luke it's alright we work hard for our money and i haven't gotten any results. This company shouldn't be able to continue to fraud the consumers i saw several complaints...

I am requesting to have the charge of $46.68 removed from my credit card statement. I did not authorize this company to charge my account. I do not even know what this company is or is trying to sell. The only information i was able to find is the company claims to be some kind of business service. Computer and data processing services??? They also have international transaction fee associated with them of $1.40....

JULY 1, 2018, $46.65, was withdrawn from my CITI card, without my knowledge or consent. I see that many others have complained about this very thing. I would like money applied to my citi card from which it was debited.

I made an order from amazon and they were offing a trail membership to prime this was done on the 29th of june then on the 30th of june there was 48.00 dollars taken off my card. I did not authorize for that money to be taken off i would like to get my money back please. Then i believe i will cancell the prime if that is the way they handle business. That is just not right. Thank you for helping me get this resolved...

On 30th april 2018 the sum of $59.58 was deducted from my credit card.
On 30th may2018 the sum of $56.11 was deducted from my credit card.

I have not authorised either of these payments... I did not give my credit card number to this company... I've never heard of them and i want an immediatel refund, including extra charges for international currency exchange.

Please call me regarding the extra charges....

On february 13th, 2018. $ 47.85 was taken from my debit card. I have an amazon prime account and my account was hacked into and the 47.85 was stolen from my card by these people. It's a bbt money account and the claim # f[protected]. I want my money returned and i hope these people receive jail time. I don't know how criminals fallow consumers online or corrupt whats suppose to be a secure online account yet i'm sure there are several people...

During some spinning game, radiuniverse got added in my account and money is getting deducted without my prior permission....

I do not know who this company is or request any services. Charges were made to my account. I want funds charged to my account returned. Also, to stop further charges from radiuniverse. There were several transactions on my account the i did not authorize. I do not know who this company is. I did not receive any services. Credit my account immediately....

Unfortunately Rs.3150.73 deducted from my HDFC credit card which ends with 5571 to this webside.In the begining on[protected] Rs.20.02 deducted to this unknown website without my authorization.You are requested to take it as a complaint and try to credit my amount which was deducted.I was so afried of that please try to resolve it as soon as possible...

I have hdfc credit card ending with 2757, today i got message from radiuniverse like your credit card debited with 3160.88 rupees. Without my permission and without prior information they took 3160.88 rupees. At first transaction they took 19 rupees from my same card. Please help me to refund my amount. This website by saying that iam registered for monthly subscription and charged 49.99 dollars approximately 3147.90 inr on 23rd feb 2018 [protected] from my hdfc credit card illegally with out my permission. This is the second time first they deducted 19.84 inr and the next day they refunded to me now i have withdrawn total amount after this incident so now i request you to solve this issue and plz try to refund my amount....

My father got a message from hdfc bank telling that

Rs.3147.90 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending xxxx on[protected]:15:49:24 at radiuniverse.com*.

He never made any such transaction. Kindly look into it... It is a fraudulent transaction. He has already sent an email to hdfc bank customer care centre with all necessary details. He is really worried. Please help asap....

I have a sbi credit card ending no 4677. I got a phone call from state bank of india credit card yesterday asking me whether i have done any transaction for rs.3114.91. I said no transaction has been done by me or i have not gien any detail to any one for the same.in that my account has been debited with 3114.91 on 19.2.18 from unknow user/person from rediffmail which i have not done. I request you to kindly cancel the transaction and reverese...
